To secure an appointment, a card must be held on file. Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice results in a 50% service charge, the card on file will be charged. By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms.
Reschedules should be made 24 hours in advance.
AFTER HOURS: After hours appointments are available upon request, and availability. After hours are an additional charge. Consult with your artist for pricing and availability.
On location bridal services require a $50 retainer per artist, as well as a travel fee of $100. Service prices are subject to change with or without notice.
Artists will be on site on the agreed upon time, and will provide the services booked.
Pay in full options are available. Retainers & travel are non refundable, and are to be paid up front to hold the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
A card on file is required.
Cancellations are required to have a 14 day notice via email or text with your coordinator/stylist rep. You must receive confirmation that the change of plans have been received.
If the wedding is cancelled within 14 days of event, a 50% total of services will be charged to the card on file.
Bridal party should be ready for hair services with dry hair.
20 or more minutes of stylist waiting to offer services, will result in charges for time to the card on file.
Salt Air Beauty will refund any paid amounts in the case that the salon has to cancel services due to any events, including weather/hurricanes, etc.
Retail items bought are not refundable, but are exchangeable within 7 days of purchase.
